Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or compact state.

• Experience in Labor and Delivery Unit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in diverse, acute health care settings.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Participate in process improvement to achieve clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Support safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
