Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Cleveland, OH. Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts.

You will provide high-risk antepartum care, monitor mother and fetus, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Requires 12 months L&D experience, active Ohio or compact license, and current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and basic fetal monitoring certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Labor and Delivery experience.
• Active BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Basic Fetal Monitoring certifications required.
• Permanent Ohio RN License or Compact State RN license required.
• Reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in labor and delivery.
• Monitor mother and fetus during antepartum phase.
• Administer medications and perform interventions as necessary.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams.

Job Description

A Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery will provide high-risk antepartum care for pregnant patients requiring close monitoring or specialized treatment prior to labor and delivery. Responsibilities include managing conditions such as high blood pressure, preeclampsia, preterm labor, vaginal bleeding, and other complications related to pregnancy, including multiple gestations.
