Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, an active RN license in Ohio, and NCC C-EFM certification. Strong assessment, planning, and leadership skills are required for this high reliability setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• RN licensure is required by state Ohio.
• C-EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification preferred.
• 5–10 years RN experience in Labor and Delivery strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/diagnosis and initial health status assessment.
• Outcomes identification and care planning.
• Implementation and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Leadership in process improvement and quality measures.
• Operations and daily staffing within the unit.
