Job summary

Mercy Joplin's Birthing Center is seeking experienced L&D nurses to join a dedicated team providing labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum care in a state-of-the-art environment. RNs with a nursing degree, active RN license (in-state or compact) and BLS certification are encouraged to apply.

Eligible incentives include a sign-on bonus paid over two years, day-one medical/dental/vision coverage, tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per year, relocation assistance up to $3,000, and a comprehensive

• Current RN license in our state and/or compact licensure as required by state boards.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.

Position Details:

Mercy Joplin's Birthing Center offers 15 suites designed for labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum periods. We have 2 fully equipped OR rooms within the Birthing Center, along with a Level III NICU to offer the region’s best care for premature or critically ill infants.

Seeking experienced L&D Nurses

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• License: Current RN license in our state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
