Endeavor Health is seeking an RN - Labor and Delivery in Arlington Heights, IL for a full-time, 36-hour/week night shift (7pm–7:30am) with every third weekend and holiday rotation. A $25,000 sign-on bonus is offered and minimum of 18 months Labor and Delivery experience is required.

Requirements include an Associate's degree or BSN, IL RN licensure, and American Heart Association CPR certification. Location is Arlington Heights with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and collect health data from patient, family and care team.
• Coordinate plan of care to ensure safe, timely interventions.
• Communicate clearly with patients and care team in person, by phone and in writing.
• Educate patients and families based on assessed learning needs.
• Participate in quality improvement to evaluate nursing practice.
