Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for night shifts in Columbus, OH. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, provide direct patient care in a high-acuity setting, and ensure adherence to clinical standards to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure, a BSN, and BLS/ACLS certifications, with preferred Labor and Delivery experience and demonstrated leadership abilities. This is a full-time night-shift opportunity within a busy hospital unit.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Ohio with at least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Labor and Delivery RN experience strongly preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery according to standards.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develop schedules and supervise staff to ensure safe, efficient service.
• Participate in committees and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support budget planning and cost-effective practices.
