Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.
• C-EFM certification within 1 year.
• NRP certification required.
• Weekend and Holiday rotation; On-Call duties.
• Night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis and planning of patient care.
• Implementation and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Delegation of tasks to LPNs and UAPs per policy.
• Participation in safety, quality, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in a 24/7 setting.
