Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license in good standing (multi-state compact preferred).
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Planning/Interventions: document planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate responses and revise plans with the team.
• Leadership: participate in process improvement to enhance quality and safety.
