Job summary

You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams, supervise staff, and participate in budget and recruitment activities. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and high reliability in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• RN license issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Clinical leadership and coordination of programs, services, and processes.
• Ensure quality, service, satisfaction, and productivity standards.
• Direct/coordinate interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide direct care when needed while maintaining clinical standards.
• Lead staff development, performance feedback, and orientation.
• Participate in recruitment and budget planning.
