Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio and BLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient status within the health-illness continuum.
• Plan outcomes and document interventions in collaboration with the care team.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care; revise plans as needed with the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in process improvements to support quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Support operations and staffing demands within the Labor and Delivery unit.
