Job summary

Medasource is seeking an experienced RN traveler for a postpartum-focused obstetric unit in Eureka, CA. Start date ASAP with weekend coverage and a 3×12-hour shift pattern (06:00–18:00). You will float within your scope as needed to support staffing and patient care.

A CA State RN license is required; pending licenses are not accepted. Responsibilities include postpartum nursing care, patient monitoring with high daily census (20 visits/day), and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Post partum care experience preferred.
• Compact schedule: 3×12 hour shifts.
• Weekend coverage required.
• Floats within scope as needed to meet facility demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide postpartum nursing care in obstetric unit.
• Monitor vitals and patient status across 20 visits/day.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient care.
• Maintain accurate charting and medication administration.
