• Number of Beds – 32 (operational)
• Number of Staff – 59 total (FT/PT/PRN)

• Day Shift – Charge, RN, PCT, HUC
• Night Shift – Charge, RN, PCT, HUC
• Patient Ratios – 1:3 couplets (varies on mix)
• Type of equipment –
• EMR – Meditech & CPN
• On Call Requirement – None
• Floating Requirement – Ante for PP overflow, L&D recoveries,

Our unit is easy to settle into with the scheduling is flexible, the ratios are generally steady and pick up extra shifts are often available. The team has a mix of experience, with a lot of newer nurses but we are genuinely welcoming. Our unit has great exposure to postpartum and newborn skills, work closely with OB, pediatricians, and lactation, and be part of a unit that maintains, and keeps the vibe positive and respectful. Its a solid, environment where people enjoy coming to work.
