Job summary

Atlas MedStaff LLC. is seeking a Labor and Delivery registered nurse for a 12-week travel assignment in Lafayette, Indiana. The role requires at least two years of RN experience and offers day shift (12-hour) rotations with weekend coverage as needed.

You will support patients through labor, inductions, cesarean deliveries, fetal monitoring, and high-risk obstetric care. Travel experience and charge experience are a plus, and first-time travelers are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Float to maternal-child health areas and follow hospital protocols.

Job Description:

This 12-week travel assignment is designed for a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse with at least two years of experience. You will support patients through labor, inductions, scheduled and unscheduled cesarean sections, triage, antepartum care, and high-risk situations including hypertension and preeclampsia. The role includes working with fetal monitoring, epidural pumps, IV pumps, labor beds, and neonatal warmers. Day shifts follow a three-shift schedule, with float support to maternal-child health areas as needed. Charge experience is preferred, and first-time travelers are welcome.
