Description:MC Alliance has Tuesday starts.The unit has 10 LDRs and 2 OBED.There are 24 bedside RNs on staff.Day shift core consists of 3 RNs, 1 Scrub Tech, and 1 Unit Secretary.Night shift patient ratios are 2:1, with high-risk cases at 1:1 or 2:1 if stable.Type of equipment utilized includes EMR CPN (Centricity) and Meditech.Typical procedures performed include Cesarean sections and BTLs/Salpingectomies.The ideal candidate should be bilingual and possess scrub tech skills.There is floating to postpartum and medical floor (only as a tech).Dress code requires royal blue scrubs.Weekend shifts are 4 per month.Best personality fit is open.
