Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN - Labor and Delivery for a 13‑week assignment in Fountain Valley, CA. The role requires a valid nursing license and at least 2 years of L&D experience, working a 3x12 night shift in a high‑volume delivery setting.

The RN will circulate C‑sections, assist with high‑risk deliveries, and perform external fetal heart monitoring, sterile exams, and central line management. Neonatal resuscitation and postpartum education are essential components of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery.
• Valid nursing license.
• BLS/NRP/ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with high-risk deliveries and manage obstetric complications.
• Circulate C-sections and recover post‑operative patients.
• Perform sterile vaginal exams and manage central lines.
• Monitor external fetal heart monitoring and neonatal resuscitation.
• Provide postpartum education for parents and participate in a multidisciplinary team.
