Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery in a 13-week night shift assignment. You will care for patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum in an 8-bed unit with 19 staff members.

The role requires active RN license, minimum 2 years' experience, and certifications such as ACLS/NRP/STABLE or equivalent. On-call is one shift per week with weekend rotation; C-Sections experience preferred.

Formación

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• ACLS, NRP, STABLE, CEFM or AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certifications preferred.
• Preferred: Labor and Delivery and Nursery experience.
• On-call one shift per week; weekend rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care to patients during labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum.
• Support the mother-baby dyad and newborn testing procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff in a busy unit.

Description:We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Labor and Delivery unit.This position involves providing care to patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.The unit consists of 8 beds and 19 staff members.Patient ratios are 2:1 for labor patients and 4:1 for couplets (mother/baby).You will be required to perform typical procedures such as deliveries and newborn testing.Candidates must be hardworking, willing to ask questions, and ready to help coworkers as needed.On-call requirements are one shift per week, with the potential for additional calls.Weekend work is expected every other weekend.Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for the role.Preferred candidates will have experience with C-Sections.
