Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week assignment in Richlands, VA. You will deliver care in the L&D unit and may rotate to Nursery and Post-Partum as required.

Required: RN license and at least 1 year in OB/L&D and Nursery, plus ACLS, BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring or STABLE certifications; be ready to collaborate in a patient-safety focused team.

Description:We are seeking a Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team.The nurse will be responsible for providing care in the Labor and Delivery unit and may also be required to float to the Nursery and Post-Partum areas.The facility is an acute care hospital with a commitment to patient safety and high-quality health outcomes.The unit generally has low volume with less than 15 deliveries per month.The Labor and Delivery unit has a total of 3 beds, with additional capacity in the Nursery and intermediate nursery.Patient ratios follow established guidelines.Experience in general OB care and familiarity with common diagnosis and treatment in the Delivery and Nursery settings is preferred.Candidates should have a supportive personality that aligns with the values of a collaborative healthcare environment.
