Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 4 East Inpatient Rehab unit. Responsibilities include gathering patient information, developing and updating care plans, and educating families using teach-back methods.
Position supports 7 PM–7 AM and 7 AM–7:30 PM shifts, full-time or part-time with alternating weekends and holidays. Strong RN licensure in Michigan, BLS, ACLS where required, and BSN preferred with a five-year target for BSN completion.

Position Purpose: 4 East Inpatient Rehab: Inpatient rehab, and a well-coordinated conditioning program for patients suffering from TBI, stroke, orthopedic surgery, and spinal cord trauma.
Shifts Available: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and: Day Shift 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Status Available: Full time, Part time Every Other Weekend and Every other Holiday per year required for Full-time and Part-Time team members.
Education Graduation from a school of nursing that results in the ability of the graduate to sit for the NCLEX exam to become licensed as a Registered Nurse. BSN preferred.
