Care Initiatives seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts (6PM-6AM) across its Iowa nursing communities. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay and shift differentials, dedicated to compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing (Iowa)
• CPR certification current and valid
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and laws
• Strong empathy, respect, patience and discretion in care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit ensuring quality care and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and promptly.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Communicate care needs with residents and families.
• Document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Follow infection control, safety and compliance protocols.
