Care Initiatives in Iowa is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities. Shifts available: Full-Time and Part-Time, Nights.

Provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations to ensure resident safety and quality care. You will administer medications, monitor residents, collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and providers, communicate with residents and families, and document care to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Iowa or ability to activate in state.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
• Commitment to empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure quality care and resident safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider, and other team members to promote teamwork and high-quality care.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Document care to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.
