Job summary

Care Initiatives is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts (6pm–6am) across Iowa. Join a compassionate team in a skilled nursing setting and help deliver high-quality resident care with adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

You will administer medications, monitor patient status, and collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and physicians to ensure smooth operations and exceptional care for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing (Iowa).
• CPR certification current and valid.
• Familiarity with federal and state long-term care regulations.
• Demonstrated empathy, respect and discretion in care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
