Care Initiatives is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts (10PM–6AM) across our many skilled nursing communities in Iowa. Join a compassionate team dedicated to high-quality care and resident well-being.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. Must hold Iowa RN license and CPR certification; familiarity with long-term care regulations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in good standing in Iowa.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure quality care and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
