Care Initiatives in Iowa is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Full-Time Nights (10 PM–6 AM) to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing setting and to support daily clinical operations.

The role requires an Iowa RN license, CPR, and knowledge of long-term care regulations. You will collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and providers, document care, and uphold infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing; license must be valid in Iowa or activation possible.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
• Strong commitment to helping others with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Document care accurately to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.
