Care Initiatives in Iowa seeks a Registered Nurse to join our compassionate care team across our skilled nursing communities. Shifts include Full-Time & Part-Time, 6pm to 6am, with a competitive hourly rate and shift differentials.

As an RN, you will provide direct nursing care, support clinical operations, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and safety. Join us to make a meaningful difference every day.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing (Iowa).
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal/state long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure quality care and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments on time and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to status changes promptly.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers and other team members.
• Communicate with residents and families about care needs.
• Document care to meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Follow infection control, safety and compliance protocols.
