Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing as required.
• RN license valid in Ohio with multi-state compact considered.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/diagnosis and initial health status assessment.
• Planning and implementing nursing interventions.
• Evaluation of patient outcomes and revisions as needed.
• Lead in process improvements for quality and safety.
