Job summary

The role emphasizes nursing assessments, medication management, and collaboration with psychiatrists, clinicians, and care coordinators to ensure safe, quality care for adults with serious mental illness.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required from an accredited program.
• Clinical nursing experience in assessment, medication administration, education, documentation, and interdisciplinary care coordination.
• Preferred: experience in behavioral health, SMI, or integrated care.
• Current Arizona RN license or multi-state license with Arizona practice privilege; BLS and Level I Fingerprint Card.

Responsibilities

• Perform focused and general nursing assessments and monitor health status.
• Administer medications and injections; document accurately in the EHR.
• Provide health education and support aligned with treatment goals.
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain safe medication inventory and records and ensure safety practices.
