Job summary

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program is required.
• BSN is preferred to enhance clinical practice and leadership in care coordination.
• Experience in managing nursing care for behavioral health and SMI populations is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform focused/general nursing assessments and monitor health status.
• Administer medications/injections and document in EHR.
• Coordinate care with medical/psychiatric teams and case managers.
• Maintain safe clinical environment and accurate documentation.
