Job summary

Valleywise Health is seeking a Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our inpatient behavioral health centers in Arizona. You will supervise Mental Health Workers, Behavioral Health Technicians, and Health Unit Coordinators while providing compassionate, evidence-based care across the admission-to-discharge journey.

The role requires a BSN or higher, an AZ RN license, one year of acute care RN experience, and strong communication in a culturally diverse setting.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s or higher in Nursing.
• Must have at least 1 year of recent acute care hospital RN experience or completion of Valleywise Health New Grad RN program with 1 year RN experience and good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Mental Health Workers, Behavioral Health Technicians, and Health Unit Coordinators.
• Support inpatient units and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to a safe, therapeutic environment and ensure high-quality patient care.
