Qualifications

• Coordinates patient plan of care to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families, and team in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Individually educates patients and families based on a thorough assessment to meet learning needs.
• Participates in evaluating nursing practice quality through quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains knowledge of current nursing practice standards, laws, and regulations.
