Job summary

MiraVista Behavioral Health Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for 32 hours on a night shift with weekend and holiday rotation in Holyoke, MA. The role offers shift differentials and opportunities across adolescent and adult programs.

The RN must have MA licensure, BSN preferred, and experience in behavioral health. Trauma-informed care, CPR, and crisis intervention skills are valued. Comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid MA RN license.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills desirable.
• Trauma-Informed Recovery knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the health care team providing direct and indirect care.
• Assess patients' physical and psychological condition on an ongoing basis.
• Apply nursing process in care planning and delivery.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in MiraVista core values.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and document goals.
