MiraVista Behavioral Health Center in Holyoke, MA, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Adult Inpatient Behavioral Health program with 24-hour coverage and an evening shift (3:00pm–11:30pm). The nurse will join a cohesive team providing direct and indirect care, assessing patients, and supporting treatment planning in a dynamic behavioral health setting.

Requirements include MA RN licensure, BSN preferred, CPR certification, and experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient care.

Qualifications

• Valid MA RN license is required to practice.
• BSN degree is preferred for this role.
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use treatment.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care in recovery models.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• As an RN, you will be an active member of the healthcare team providing direct and indirect care.
• You will assess patients' physical and psychological conditions throughout care.
• You will apply the nursing process in alignment with MiraVista's mission and values.
