Job summary

MiraVista is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our expanding behavioral health center in Holyoke, MA. Shifts are 24 hours, 3:00pm-11:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation, offering growth in a young, vibrant organization expanding adolescent and adult programs.

As an RN, you will provide direct and indirect patient care, assess ongoing physical and psychological health, and collaborate on treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team. Massachusetts RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts required.
• BSN preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorders treatment modalities.
• Understanding of the Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Previous experience in psychiatric or substance use disorders inpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
• Assess patients' physical and psychological condition ongoing.
• Contribute to treatment plans by developing, implementing, and documenting goals and interventions.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in MiraVista's core values.
• Collaborate as part of the multidisciplinary treatment team.
