Job summary

MiraVista Behavioral Health Center in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our cohesive and compassionate team. This 32-hour role runs 3:00pm-11:00pm with weekend and holiday rotation, offering a chance to grow your career in a young, vibrant organization.

You will provide direct and indirect care to patients, participate in the nursing process, and contribute to treatment plans within a trauma-informed, behavioral health framework.

Qualifications

• MA RN license required or eligible.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient settings preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to work 3:00pm-11:00pm with weekend/holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care to psychiatric and substance use populations.
• Assess patient condition continuously and document progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and document treatment plans.
• Maintain safe therapeutic milieu grounded in MiraVista core values.
• Demonstrate crisis management and de-escalation as needed.
