Job summary

MiraVista in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a cohesive clinical team. The RN will provide direct and indirect patient care, participate in the nursing process, and uphold MiraVista's trauma-informed care philosophy.

The role requires MA RN license, with BSN preferred, and includes competitive pay with shift differentials and a benefits package. Weekend/holiday rotation applies.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorders treatment modalities
• Understanding of Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care
• CPR certification
• Experience in psychiatric or substance use disorders inpatient settings is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians
• Assess patients’ physical and psychological condition continuously
• Utilize the nursing process per MiraVista’s philosophy and mission
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in core values
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and document goals and interventions
