Qualifications

• Valid MA RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment.
• Understanding Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Experience in psychiatric or SUD inpatient settings preferred.
• Crisis management and time management skills; ability to multi-task calmly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Assess patients' physical and psychological condition on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize the nursing process in alignment with MiraVista's mission and values.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in core principles.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and document goals and interventions.
