Qualifikationen

• Active RN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• 1+ charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.
• Acute care nursing experience preferred.

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope and ensure patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapies and adjust care plans as needed.
• Assess patient conditions to determine venous access methods and manage complications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access patients.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
• Supervise nursing staff, provide feedback, and conduct appraisals.
• Lead quality improvement by analyzing data and implementing improvements.
• Mentor and precept new staff; promote professional development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to hospital policies.
