Qualifications

• RN license required
• 1+ charge nurse or leadership experience
• 2+ Emergency Department nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope, ensuring safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy; adjust care plans.
• Assess patient conditions to select venous access methods and manage complications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access and infusion therapy.
• Educate patients on venous access and infusion therapies.
• Monitor nursing staff; provide feedback and conduct appraisals.
• Mentor staff and identify training needs to enhance career progression.
