Job summary

Ultimate Nursing is seeking an RN Infection Prevention IP Educator to provide clinical and educational support, coordinate all training, and lead quality improvement initiatives. The role involves developing in-service programs, orientation for new staff, and overseeing infection control measures.

Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree, current RN license, at least 3 years in hospital or long-term care with supervisory experience, and Train the Trainer certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• At least 3 years' experience in a hospital or long-term care with Supervisory Experience.
• Must be "Train the Trainer" certified.

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing staff with clinical and educational support and guidance.

• Focusing on Quality Improvement.
