Job summary

Ultimate nursing is seeking an RN Infection Prevention IP Educator to lead clinical education for nursing staff and coordinate all training in the Center. The role emphasizes infection prevention, staff orientation, and quality improvement.

Qualifications include RN licensure, graduation from an approved School of Nursing, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting, plus Train the Trainer certification. This is an on-site opportunity in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and educational support and guidance to nursing staff.
• Coordinate all educational training in the Center.
• Focus on Quality Improvement.
• Identify educational needs and develop in-service programs.
• Plan orientation for all new employees.
• Oversee Infection Control including Employee Health.
• Maintain in-service educational records.
