Responsibilities

• Provide professional and technical guidance to nursing staff and participate in all management functions of the nursing department
• Collaborate with physicians, managers, and staff for management and prevention of infectious diseases
• Plan, organize, develop, and direct all staff development educational programs throughout the facility
• Provide learning opportunities enabling employees to gain knowledge, skills, and attitudes to perform duties safely and effectively
• Perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing and Administrator
