Job summary

InnovAge is hiring an In-Home Services RN Manager in Los Angeles, CA to ensure accurate initial and annual assessments and coordinate personalized plans of care for participants in their homes. The role includes supervising home care staff, managing scheduling, and ensuring quality care across the program.

The position emphasizes leadership, adherence to policies and state/federal laws, and active participation in multidisciplinary teams, with the aim of supporting seniors to live safely at home.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license required by law.
• 2+ years RN healthcare experience with an emphasis in geriatrics.
• Experience in direct people leadership, supervising staff, scheduling, etc.
• Current First Aid and BLS certifications are required prior to hire.
• Requires transportation, a state issued driver’s license, good driving record and auto insurance as required by law
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Responsibilities

• Supervises direct reports and provides leadership to the organization.
• Interviews, hires, and trains employees; plans, assigns, and directs work; appraises performance.
• Ensures annual performance reviews are conducted timely and effectively.
• Sets the tone of the department to maintain morale and a positive culture.
• Schedules leadership/management, department, and staff 1:1 meetings for coordination.
• Oversees expenditures, payroll/overtime, and staffing to limit overtime.
• Ensures quality care by monitoring care plans and data from reports.
• Attends Multi-disciplinary Team meetings as a member.
