Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered care team in New Jersey. You will deliver nursing practices, communicate with the care team, and support safe, individualized patient care across diverse populations.

Qualifications include NJ RN license, BLS/CPR, BSN preferred or within 3 years, and at least 6 months of nursing experience or participation in our Nurse Residency program. Compensation starts at $46.25/hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association/ACLS BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• Six (6) or more months of nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of nursing practices per evidence-based research and standards of care to provide safe, patient-centered care.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and health care team regarding patient status and plans.
• Ensure optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience per HMH standards.
• Medication administration using current documentation technology to ensure safe delivery of meds.
• Provide patient and family-centered care to optimize health and disease management.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration to manage care plans from admission to discharge.
