Job summary

Qualifications
- Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
- BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
- Six (6) months of nursing experience or active participant in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care according to evidence-based practices, policies, and standards of care to provide safe, patient-centered care for a diverse population.
- Maintain ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues, and health care team regarding patient status and plans.
- Aim for optimal patient and family satisfaction and care experience per HMH standards.
- Administer medications safely using the latest clinical documentation technology.
