Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assessments, and maintain medical records.
• Lead and participate in unit governance, mentor staff, and precept students/new employees.
• Communicate with physicians and interprofessional care team to coordinate plan of care.
• Educate patients and families and ensure discharge planning.
• Promote patient safety and support quality improvement initiatives.
