Job summary

Big Bend Hospice seeks an RN Team Manager to oversee the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and optimize daily staff utilization. This role models clinical excellence, mentors staff, and coordinates care planning and on-call coverage to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities include supervising IDT, facilitating on-call staffing, and advancing team education and collaboration with the Clinical Director and Admissions. Florida RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Florida.
• Hospice experience preferred; 2+ years in a relevant setting.
• Ability to supervise an Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and manage on-call staffing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise members of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
• Determine daily utilization of IDT staff.
• Provide coverage to the team and patient care as needed according to acuity.
• Participate in 24/7 patient care coverage as needed and on-call staffing.
• Lead IDT meetings and coordinate with other departments and admissions.
