Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Plano, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift (6:45pm–7:15am). The role covers Tele, PCU, ICU, and CVICU with a 24-bed unit and high-acuity cardiovascular patients.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus with relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, and coordination of care while following nursing standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• RN degree or equivalent nursing program completed
• RN license required for practice
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of start date
• ICU or PCU experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create care plans
• Prioritize patient and family needs
• Educate patients and families about health plans and treatments
• Delegate tasks based on patient condition and team competencies
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective care
• Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy of patient records
