Job summary

The Heart Hospital is recruiting an RN for a Cardiac Universal Bed CUB Unit (Tele, PCU, ICU, CVICU) in Plano. The role requires 2+ years ICU/PCU experience, RN license, and BLS certification. Full-time days, 3x12 shifts, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

You will oversee patient assessments, care planning, and family education while adhering to nursing standards and hospital policies. Benefits and ongoing development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program.
• Specialized field of study in nursing.
• RN license.
• Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to improve health decisions.
• Delegate tasks safely and follow up promptly with the care team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to build individualized care plans and document learning needs.
