Job summary

The Heart Hospital in Plano, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, is seeking an RN for the Cardiac Universal Bed Unit (Tele/PCU/ICU/CVICU). Full-time night shift, 3x12, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and evaluate care plans; adjust as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on care plans.
• Delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop care plans and ensure safety.
