Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a RN - ICU travel nurse in San Diego for an 18-week assignment. Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, must have at least 2 years ICU experience and a valid state license.

ACLS/BLS preferred; ability to float between facilities and manage cardiac, neuro, stroke, trauma patients will be needed. Responsibilities include bedside ICU care, telemetry, and handling lines and invasive devices across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years ICU experience.
• Valid state nursing license required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU patient care and monitoring.
• Float across multiple locations as assigned.
• Handle lines/tubes and critical care equipment (A-lines, PICC, chest tubes, vents, telemetry).

Description:NEO Dates: October & November starts.Holidays: must work 2 out of 3 of the following holidays

1. Christmas Day and Eve
2. Thanksgiving Day and after
3. New Year's Eve and DayFloating between multiple locations is required during the contract.May float to emergency department inpatient overflow in the ER.Patient population includes cardiac, neuro, general, stroke, medical, surgical, kidney, liver solid organ transplant, and trauma.A 4-week schedule will be sent to the RN two weeks ahead of time.No blocked or self-scheduling will be allowed.RN will receive a phone call 2 hours before the shift informing them which facility they will be working at.
