Cynet Health seeks an ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Conroe, TX. Shifts are 07:00–19:00, 36 hours per shift, four weekends per month, with no on-call requirements. The ICU comprises 30 beds with 82 staff members including charge nurses and 15 nurses depending on acuity.

Candidates must have ICU experience with ventilators and cardiovascular drips, hold an active RN license, and have ACLS/BLS certifications. Neuro experience is preferred.

Staff includes 2 charge nurses and 15 nurses, depending on patient acuity and needs.

Patient ratios can be 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1.

Equipment includes CRRT, IABP, and Impella, though these are not mandatory for contracts.

The electronic medical record system used is Meditech.

Candidates must have ICU experience specifically with ventilators and cardiovascular drips.

Neuro experience is preferred.

Typical procedures performed include thoracentesis, arterial line placement, and central line placement.

The dress code requires royal blue scrubs.

The schedule requires four weekend shifts per month, with no on-call obligations.
